GFP staff participated with R2M in implementation of the Super Heero pilots. We have direct experience on how to model cash flows, accounting and business planning for various contractual models, leveraging various types of incentive instruments, the administration of payments and accounting on the balance sheet in collaboration with the corporate accountant.
